В целом отличный отель! Хорошая зона СПА, один из лучших, на моей памяти, хаммамов. Высокая клиентоориентированность - заселение в 15:00, нас поселили в 13:30. Отелю больше 4 лет, но он и не уставший, всё поддерживается на должном уровне. Если лить ложку дёгтя, то только по поводу организации завтраков. Мы пришли на завтрак к 9:30, но нас просили подождать, поскольку все столы были заняты. Пришлось ждать 10 мин. Поэтому тем, кто берет экскурсии или рассчитывает своё время с учётом завтрака, следует принять во внимание этот факт. Сами завтраки вполне приличные, разве что мне лично не хватило горчицы)))

Очень хорошо расположенный отель, недалеко от Поганкиных палат. Очень вкусная еда в ресторане отеля. Стабильный wi-fi в номерах. По набережной можно прогуляться до Кремля.

Приезжали сюда отдохнуть и отпраздновать день рождение. Впечатления остались только положительные, отель даже более чем оправдал ожидания, несмотря на некоторые нюансы, которые опишу ниже. Персонал заботливый и участвующий, когда узнали что др поздравили бутылкой шампанского с пирожным, очень приятно. Уборка каждый день, вопрос нет. Завтраки -всегда есть что выбрать, свежевыжатый соки, кофе, пирожные, менялся не сильно. Вкусно, но не все-одно утро был забродивший томатный сок, курица жареная не совсем свежая, картошка твердая не дожаренная. Одно утро минут пять сидели ждали до того как зайти, так как все столики были заняты. Но это компенсировалось бокалом шампанского и слаженностью работы персонала. Вид из окна прямо на башню старого города. В другое время работает как ресторан, были там, меню интересное, все вкусно красиво. Номер чистый, никаких посторонних запахов, постельное белье удобное, вода бесплатная в бутылках каждый день. Комфортно. Жаль достался номер с видом на дорогу, с открытым окном было шумно. Сауны, бассейн все отлично, несмотря на то что хамам на второй день перестал работать. Расположение отеля хорошее, рядом набережная, по которой приятно прогуляться, все недалеко.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 3 ночи, номер стандарт. Отель оставил самые приятные воспоминания. На ресепшен приветливая девушка рассказала коротко об отеле, об услугах, с чего лучше начать осмотр города.Номер чистый, полотенца мягкие, халат-тапочки есть, чайная станция, 2 бутылки воды по 0,5 ежедневно. Одеяло легкое, подушка нужной толщины, как я люблю. Завтрак просто супер! Большой выбор и все вкусно! Особенно понравились запеченый красный перец, сочный шпинат и выпечка-нежнейшие профитроли, медовик, круассаны. Есть свежевыжатый морковный сок. Апельсиновый можно было надавить самому, рядом стоит соковыжималка. Спа-зона небольшая, но после насыщенного экскурсионного дня немного расслабиться вполне подойдет. Еще понравилось, что на ресепшен можно воспользоваться зонтиками напрокат. Если еще раз приеду в Псков, то, однозначно, остановлюсь в Покровском.
