房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，贈送的咖啡很好喝！地段也好，去哪兒都挺方便（茶馬古城打車衹要幾分鐘），接送機/火車有報銷（接或送二選一）。最重要的就是，酒店經理服務超級超級好，從還未入住電話聯繫時就能感受到她的熱情和周到，從始至終都是用甜美的聲音和笑容迎接和歡送住客一一比心♥️。
唯一有一點感覺不便的是酒店廁所水沖水時會有少量（乾淨的）水上濺，而且聲音很大--應該是水壓問題，可以統一調節處理一下。

普洱入住一晚，房間寬敞，乾淨整潔衞生，熱水充足，樓下停車方便，早餐雖然簡單但味道不錯。服務也很熱情，離店還送了護手霜小禮物。唯一的小問題是房間插座比較少，其他都非常滿意。

房間挺好，設備也比較新，唯一遺憾是晚上一晚都沒有熱水，問了前台説人太多了；晚上值班時候，問了兩次；回覆一會兒就好了；這一會兒到第二天上午11點才有熱水；

前台接待禮貌熱情。停車方便。吃飯也很方便。雖然酒店有年限了，但也中規中矩。房價也比較便宜。比較推薦。
