One of the better hotels in Puchong area. There is a swimming pool and gym in this hotel that you can enjoy during your free time.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the bathroom. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel’s location is great, surrounded by many shops and restaurants, adding to the convenience.

Bad experience of check-in (Staff attitude) not friendly
Providing a very extremely bad experience by giving a room cost HKD$500+ a night stay with Sheraton brand “Marriott” standard is totally unacceptable
The bathroom mirror is totally oxide and dial to Call Center with returned statement as per HSKP the mirror is permanently damaged we can’t fix!!!
What’s a professional statement given
Secondly we walk down to reception for room move; another room is found sink with crack and no bath towels provide in the room and need to request
Air conditioner has sound entire night
We have never and ever staying at 4 Star hotel with this kind of hospitality service provided.
Maybe they found we are the citizens there, purposely giving an extremely bad condition rooms for us and provide the good quality of rooms to foreigners. We found many Chinese travelers upon check-in. 1 note to take away; we are book the most expensive room stay in the building with this treatment
And corridor for walkway to hotel room right passing by Ghost House (Shortage of electricity supply)
Thanks for this Malaysia hospitality service; now we know how embarrassing for a citizen to promote Malaysia Tourism…..
Now I experience it even I heard from my friends on this story sharing; which I thought is not the True.

Room is very spacious and clean.
Gotten my room ready on time.
My room is at the corner, it's very quiet which I like.
Breakfast buffet is a big spread. Maybe can come up some dim sum if possible.
