Should do more maintenance for this hotel room. The toilet bowl just can’t stop flushing out water after first usage.

I used to come to this hotel last year it was all good. But NOT this time.
1. The hotel receptionist gave me 1'st floor room, which was a partition room which was very noisy.
2. The towels were given was tear here and there
3. There are no any coffee sets we're given, and inside the kettle, it is very dusty
4. There were no landline phones to contact the front desk
5. There were not given extra key cards even though upon requests.
