Staying here and tonight’s dinner is a complete disaster. Took one hour to get our starters which then came out along with one of our main courses. The starter was cold so sent back. Second main course never came, we complained and when it arrived it was the wrong dish ordered!

It’s relatively small so it feels immediately comfortable. The decor and style is mid-century. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable. There are fantastic views from the rooms of Lake Villarica. The grounds are spectacular. It is like a park with a private beach. We enjoyed the spa/pool area very much. Service is excellent and friendly. Food in the restaurant is good although we mostly ate in Pucon. Pucon is just 5 minutes away. Highly recommend!

The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the building itself is nice. But the hotel facilities are showing its age and service is lacking, especially when considering the high rates it charges.

This hotel is in a stunning location surrounded by beautiful gardens and access to the lake. I literally gasped when I saw the view from our bedroom. Huge glass windows give amazing views of the lake. Stayed one night and had dinner. Delicious food with good service. The hotel has a real charm - only scores down a bit because it feels a bit tired in parts.

This hotel is quirky in the sense that it pays homage to its design and style which was very avant garde in the 1960s. It is not ultra modern and could seem a little tired but actually feels extremely gracious. We loved it! The ambience is wonderful; the setting is spectacular and the staff attentive without being fussy.

This is the best boutique hotel in Chile. It is not cheap but it is genuinely great value - worth every penny. It is unique in its design and location, has super facilities, the staff are lovely, it has extraordinarily beautiful gardens and is super comfortable. The food is great and the wine list too.
The only things that let it down are the terrible coffee and disappointing choice of fruit at breakfast. And it would be so easy to fix these!
Don't let that stop you going though - you will not regret it. We certainly hope to go back again.

This hotel enjoys a prime location on the shore of Lake Pucón and within easy walking distance of Pucon. The grounds are a joy and very well maintained. The decor and fittings of the hotel are dated, but have a certain charm, as do many of the hotel’s staff who go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The reception and bar staff were top notch. The maid service was exemplary. However, our 4-night stay was somewhat marred by the hotel’s design making rooms very vulnerable to noisy neighbours! Sadly, good quality produce was spoilt by poor cooking, which we found disappointing, especially for dinner. The breakfast buffet though was good.
