服務一星都是給辦理入住時候的老闆娘的客氣態度的，不然一星都不給。一，沒熱水打電話給前台，前台説不可能，都是一根管子，我説放了半天都沒有，她説那她也沒辦法。二，入住時交代過了要安靜一點的房間，半夜4點到6點一直有人敲門，給前台反應前台告訴我可能敲錯門了！那要是是壞人怎麼辦？整個人直接沒休息好，無法入睡！有和前台的電話錄音為證！
