The views from our room were really nice. We were on the 4th floor. The breakfast was adequate for the 4 days. The hotel is nice and the staff are courteous.

Good location; a very nice room and good views;
However, the first 24 hours we had not hot water and were not able to take a shower.

We didn't stay for breakfast, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient, clean and in a good neighborhood. It is a walk to the historic center, but, if you don't want to walk, there are lots of transportation options.

The room was very comfortable, the hotel is well located and within walking distance of Puebla's Historic Center. There are several breakfast options. Highly recommended.

Great location, great price, good breakfast included. Staff was Friendly and helpful. The roof needs some work. We had a leak in our room after q heavy rain. Also the bathroom extractor wasn’t working.
