We came from Portland, Oregon, USA, with a group of 15 middle school students. I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was, from day one to the very last day! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, kind, and generous in their efforts to ensure we felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed—just like being at home. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. They cleaned our rooms daily. We had students with dietary restrictions, and the hotel promptly created a meal plan with not just one option but two. They even offer a laundry service. Working with the administration was seamless and efficient. The team is outstanding, and their level of organization and professionalism is truly impressive. The hotel itself is fantastic—great rooms with large beds, a pool, hot tub, bar, ping-pong table, pool table, and plenty of areas to rest and relax. This place exceeded our expectations in every way!

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, away from the noise and bustles of the city’s activities. Excellent place to stay if you want quiet, rest, and relaxation. The hotel is charming, clean, and accessible by taxi and the fare to go to town is only $4.00 dollars. The staff are very friendly, some speaks very little English but the General Manager ( Mr Ivan) is fluent in english. Mr Ivan is kind and very understanding and goes out of his way to assist his customers. The room is furnished minimally but it has all you need. Cleaning and beds are made every day. The hotel accommodates special dietary requirements; I am a vegetarian and the food is yummy 👍. I give 5 stars to this hotel.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Strong stream showers spacious bathrooms. Sliding doors to a balcony .good AC.delicious food wich includes breakfast and dinner the restaurant personal is great.Customer service make you feel at home treat you like family,

Nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, excellent service! Quietly located, but a short distance from the center. Very helpful staff, happy to help with taxis to the city (4 dollars) and gives tips about nice sights.

How to start? Our experience at Tortuga Bay was terrible. We went as a family and the air conditioning in the room didn't work. My children and my 80-year-old mother-in-law were suffocating from the heat. We asked the receptionist for help, who told us that his salary was only paid until 9:00 p.m., among other useless rudeness. The hotel is very far from the port, it's in the middle of nowhere and there is no service after 9:00 p.m. The all-in is a lie, poor breakfast, lousy lunch, water juice... A very peaceful place with great family service. The cook was excellent and the dining experience was very positive. Our package included transportation to and from the hotel to the town of Puerto Ayora. This transportation was provided by Mr. Walter de La Cruz, a very good-natured person, always very helpful and friendly. I would like to give my formal compliments to my friend Walter and recommend his services. The hotel staff was very attentive and made a great impression on us. It was a great week. Family hotel, simple, apparently under new management. Clean and safe rooms, outdoor bar area with pool, and excellent midday cook. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. The reception service for our package included transportation and tours, in the care of Mr. Gualter de La Cruz, a good-natured, fun and very helpful citizen, to whom I would like to pay a compliment. Transport between the hotel and the town of Puerto Ayora was served by taxis and was quite efficient. The hotel staff was also friendly and met all of our requests. Tuvimos una maravillosa estadía en el hotel tortuga bay, el cuarto era inmeeenso con vista a la piscina, y nos consintieron dándonos canguil por la tarde ya que no alcanzamos el almuerzo.
