We were looking forward to visiting the Tanusas Lodge based on the location and website. The villa which we stayed at was on the beach and stellar. Right when we arrived we were surprised by the unprofessional attitude of the front desk associate. Conversely, the restaurant staff was very customer-centric. Due to the location, we opted to eat lunch at the property for a 2-course meal. During dinner when we asked about wine selection, they did not have a wine list but offered a Cab and Malbec. Upon checking out we were surprised that they charged us $80 per bottle (Chilean Mablec?) and $180 for a lunch for 4.

En general estuvo normal, Una lástima que la comida bajó muchísimo de nivel, no es como antes. las habitaciones necesitan una renovación el precio es demasiado alto para lo que es, en conclusión precio valor no coinciden, no la pasamos mal pero tampoco volvería

Segunda vez que estuvimos en Tanusas con toda la familia (14 personas) Si bien la experiencia no fue tan grata como la primera vez, puedo decir que las cabañas son amplias y bien decoradas, hotel frente al mar, playa privada, muy buen desayuno y personal agradable. Falta la presencia de Gerencia o algún administrativo (se nota la falta de Erwin y el Chef del Hotel) que esté pendiente de las necesidades de los huéspedes,desde antes de la llegada hasta su salida, hubieron algunos detalles que no estuvieron bien organizados, como el transporte, detalles de la comida, problemas de ruido y falta de tv en las habitaciones que están en el edificio del hotel, basura en la playa y algunos fallos en la facturación. Tienen una ubicación privilegiada y personal atento, el diseño de las cabañas por dentro y por fuera es muy lindo, lástima que no tengan un Administrador al nivel del Hotel.
