We stayed in this hotel for 1 night in October 2022. On arrival we were first offered a room without windows. We could also spend the night in the next room - this room had windows. Unfortunately the internet was not working and we were offered a large room in the main building. Very thoughtful. The staff were extremely friendly. In the pictures the hotel looks very nice. The house is also very beautiful. However, the rooms are outdated, and you can also see that there is a lot of broken. Portobello has nothing to offer. I wouldn't go back to this hotel.

Fui durante un puente con mi marido por recomendación de una amiga, todo fue excelente, superó todas nuestras expectativas, el servicio siempre oportuno, las personas que trabajaban allí siempre estaban dispuestas para ayudarnos… las habitaciones divinas y ni hablar de las comidas, todo fue delicioso… la pasamos espectacular, todo nos encantó…

Excelente servicio. El hotel es muy acogedor, la comida es buena, la playa está cerca, la piscina súper y además está cerca de sitios turísticos de puerto colombia como la ventana de campeones, el muelle 1888 y el malecón. Además tiene servicio de restaurante

Las almohadas y sábanas se notan que son de 100% algodón cuando vallan en pareja les súper recomiendo la suite con cena romántica y ni hablar de la piscina al día siguiente la temperatura estaba espectacular, la comida es muy buena; les recomiendo la paella

Cuando llegamos los espacios estaban muy limpios, las zonas verdes muy lindas. La comida deliciosa y la atención de los meseros fue muy buena. Volveré sin lugar a dudas un espacio para compartir con la familia y disfrutar de la tranquilidad.

encanta con este hotel, aparte de la tranquilidad que se siente, la comida fue hummm deliciosa , el personal muy atento, el diseño que tiene parece mentiras que estuviera aquí en puerto colombia. les recomiendo la piscina es tan deliciosa no dan ganas de salirse, la verdad que todo estuvo genial!!! espero volver muy pronto
