I stayed here for 4 nights in a suite with my mum. Room was very spacious and had two balconies, one with views of the sea. Very friendly & helpful staff, good location for exploring Puerto de la Cruz, pool had a beautiful view of mountains too. Daniel A in the restaurant and Orestes at the pool bar were both welcoming & super helpful. More poolside umbrellas and coffee making service in our room would improve the stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

Experience rated out 4 need more fun in the night after your show Finish , and they the bar closed serve at 23 night people should Have disco music till 23 night too More activity in pool , fews people interested your AQUA GYM should HAPPEN 3 times in a-week ? Make a trials to do 3 x encouraging people to go in pool more fun In my experience some fews people asking activity Hotel doing well just little bit push towards in your reviews future, I am happy my 10days stay in FERGUS PEURTO DE LA CRUZ GOOD SERVICE WE HAVE PROBLEMS LITTLE BIT IN ROOMS BUT HILLARY BRILLANT JOB AND MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING COME AND TOLD US TO MOVE , I am bit stress that time , end I am happy

Very pleasant stay staff very welcoming and helpful rooms are very clean and decent size all-inclusive option was ok although there are lot's of different restaurants and bars up the hill from the hotel which are worth a look at as are the restaurants down in the town and along the seafront. as long as you are fit enough for the walking up and down the hill the hotel is on it'll be a lovely location with spectacular views of the mountains and sea with several good walks in the area..

This hotel is great, entertainment by the pool if you want, with Ester & Fabio was great fun - made our trip so much fun. With yoga, aquaarobics, shooting, archery and more. There is the other pool to chill if you don't fancy being entertained. Food was great, with variety from meal to meal and day to day and dining room staff, especially Jorge, we're always happy to help. We changed rooms half way through our stay to a suite which was fantastic beautiful view, the first room was like a different hotel, view of a wall and very little lighting extreamly basic and 2 single beds . But the suite was stunning with our own sun bathing area, second balcony, bath with jets and double sink bathroom and huge bed. Over all loved our stay here and would definitely come back and recommend staying.

Amazing Hotel, we've booked a top roofless deluxe room with seaview, rainshower, minibar, safe. Very clean. Big Buffet at morning and evening with fresh food, salads, desserts. Nice Pool with Poolbar. Friendly stuff, speaks german and english. We recommend this hotel for your next trip, specially deluxe rooms.
