Clean and fresh room with a big balcony. Friendly staff, only problem was that they didn't talk english very well. Always free space at the pool, there where enough place. Only ting I missed was the beach. The beach was there 300 m away, but was closed due some bacteria.

I stayed in this hotel last week with friends and everything was great! The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good :) The beach is within walking distance, and the surrounding area is very cozy. I would definitely recommend it :)

The hotel has a great location. It is close to the restaurants, bars, beach and promenade. The street is not very busy. There could be a little bit of a problem with parking your car (for free), but if you are patient you can find something on the near streets. The room was nice, spacious enough. Beds were comfortable and big. There was a kettle and some coffee and tea bags. The safe was for free which was great! We had towels, some cosmetics (even hair conditioner!) and a hairdryer in the bathroom. We didn't use any pools. Just got the information from our travel agency that the indoor pool was extra paid. We didn't check that. Breakfast food was really good and you could be happy with everything the staff provided. We didn't use any animations but we heard some music playing until 10 or 11 pm (which was ok for us) and people singing:) In general we liked the place and we would go back there.

Super clean, friendly, quiet family hotel with lots of activities in the pool and on everythings. Very tasty all inclusive food. Great coffee and hot chocolate at the bar. 24 degrees main pool which is more than enough for a comfortable swimming. 10 minutes walk to the great black sand beach. 15 minutes to the best zoo. 20 minutes to the centre. The location is great.

Nice hotel very close to the beach and in a short walk distance to the downtown. Loro Park is in walk distance 6-10min. Everything was clean and whole staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately the balcony window is not tight enough, so in the night you hear noise from outside. Food was good, but nothing special. Even if they had a nice tematic evenings (Asian, Italian, Mexican..) the offer for a longer stay could be booring. We have a good experience with bar and evening programs. Outside pool we used only once, water was still very cold for us.

More than we expected. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfasts are rich and tasty. The staff is very helpful. We had no problems during our stay. The hotel is very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Takes only 15 minutes to reach city center.

Absolutely not worth the money or 4 stars. I have stayed in 2 star hotels and they out shine this place. Please do not spend your money on this place. The only good thing was the weather and people I met. Beautiful hotel and the room was amazing but downhill from there. Staff very rude and made it so obvious they don't like the British. I met someone from England who spoke very good Spanish and was disgusted with the comments she heard from the receptionist about English customers. Food is disgusting, bland and cold microwave going all the time. Food very cold and raw meat on one occasion. One bar for a lot of people pool area full of children. Entertainment shocking and bar closed early. We spent must of the time going to restaurants outside the hotel. Not worth the money and the management need to address the food and attitude of staff. Told all I know to avoid this place. Spoilt my Christmas.

Room was quite new, but otherwise the whole hotel needs a renovation. Everything looks 80’s. Food in buffet was below average and snack bar is cold hotdogs or burgers for you to make yourself. Hotels other restaurants are not open everyday and they are included in all inclusive.
