Very disappointed overall with this accommodation and will never return or recommend. Checkin very slow and witnessed one day a member of staff leaving halfway through checking in guests whilst the next member of staff was still parking her car. Room was filthy - hairs on floor, urine on floor behind toilet, sheet on bed in living area was sticky (looked like a sweet had been stuck to it). Bed in living area not suitable for an adult - squeaked every time moved and only sheet and thin blanket provided. Very dated rooms - floor tiles cracked, bathroom tiles filled in numerous places where previous items had been fixed to walls, mouldy grout. Towels only changed three times in a week (once after complaining, told they would only be changed if left on floor which they were but still not changed), bedding never changed at all. Staff on reception not friendly or welcoming at all - one guest was complaining about insects in her room (saw videos of this and was awful) the receptionist was rude and laughing at her saying it wasn't their fault - the woman was in tears. We had friends staying in the block facing the big pool and you would have thought they were staying in totally different accommodation to ours as their room has obviously been updated and was amazing. Very disappointed with this accommodation overall and logged this with Jet2 rep in resort and will be making formal complaint.
