The location cannot be faulted, right in the middle of the resort with supermarkets, bars and restaurants in close proximity. Efficient check in, rooms are large clean and have a sea view. They are fairly basic but have everything you need for a self contained room. Kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, hairdrier etc.

Just had my 1st ever solo trip to ereza Los hibiscus I loved every minute and felt so comfortable being on my own although I did meet some lovely down to earth people and the staff were so friendly and happy to help in anyway they could will definitely stay here again 100 per cent

Clean and large apartments. Breakfast good. Lunch hit n miss same with evening meal. 1 bar. By pool. Service not the quickest. Cocktails awful. Bar snacks not good. Pool clean but due to time of year too cold. Staff all very nice. Great location for beaches. Shops bars and restaurants. Try Irish viking pub next door. Take tea n coffee got everything there for self catering if u want to do your own. We didn't use their WiFi so can't comment. Look out for the green parrots they will come onto your balcony to grab a nut or 2 off you - hilight of the holiday. The grounds are very well kept. Beds Comfy. Overall great value for money.

Can not fault this hotel, had a great time From the very large clean living area, cleaned every 2nd day Over looking the pool We was AI and again, I could not fault the food, it catered well for all Also hardly any queues for get drinks Pool area always clean Just a few people waited for pool to open to run to lay there towels then disappear for rest of the day

Lets start with the posatives, great loacation, rooms are bright and clean when you arrive. Negatives, food is poor always luke warm if your lucky, we have been here a week now and havent had our room cleaned once, the towels was taken by the cleaner and not replaced so i have had to keep goin to reception for clean towels and toilet roll. No air con in the rooms very muggy. Toilets around the pool, always put of toilet paper and soap i have reported it twice myself in a week. Oh and lastly sunbeds, you will need to get up and que by 8.30 for a bed as everyone ques and puts their towels down and then leaves the bed which is a joke.

Spent another week at this hotel. 4th visit. Nice staff, good food and drink. Very clean. 3 minor down points. Shower head wasn't the best, used to it being better in usual room. We were told when checking in we hadn't booked a sea view room. There was not an option when we booked through Jet2 this time. I know this for sure as I've booked this hotel plenty. We were given a sea view anyway which was fine. Finally its not a hotel problem, but why do people insisted on lining up an hour before the gates open for the pool. I went not long after they opened and still got a bed. Lots of people complain about food on here. If you don't like soup, salad, meat, fish, pasta, chips, potato, cake, ice cream. I'm lost as to what you eat. Its also in a great location

The hotel is one street back from the centre of the main *****, and the beach is right there too. Being one street back seemed to be enough for it to be quiet at night. The rooms where large and very clean, I saw the cleaners cleaning one room and they pulled the furniture all out to do it. They were also well equipped- with a full size fridge- freezer, kettle, hob , microwave and coffee machine. There was also a beautiful view of the sea from my room The staff all seemed happy and where friendly. There where negatives but I think if they were improved the cost of the hotel would also increase so I will list them- but still feel it was worthy of 5 stars for the price: The food was repetitive and a bit boring- could always find something to eat but it wasn't exciting. There wasn't air-conditioning and the room in general could do with updating- the massive windows when opened made me feel a bit vulnerable as somebody could easily climb through but they needed to be opened in the evening to let the heat out.
