The room was excellent, beds very good size and comfortable. However the staff were a bit pushy towards the end of the stay. 3 staff attempting to come into the room before the check out was quite unpleasant. Other than that which I’m sure doesn’t happen to everyone the stay was excellent

This hotel was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay. Everyone was nice and we had the perfect time. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was massive with a nice big terrace! Room number 1120! They even left my friend a some cake and a bottle of champagne on his birthday! They really did try to go the extra mile. The pool was beautiful and a good temperature. Well done to all the lovely ladies on reception as well as all the cleaning and service staff.

The hotel was fantastic, very clean and staff were so friendly! The food we ate was delicious! Anyone trying to reserve a sunbeds and not showing up towels were removed the pool was so clean! We had a brilliant apartment everything you needed

We had a fantastic week staying in the R2 Bahia Kontiki in Puerto Del Carmen. Can't fault the apartments, they are lovely, modern, clean. The views out to sea are amazing. Loved the pool area and the sun loungers. The staff on the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said for the housekeeping team and the boys made sure that our luggage was taken up to the main entrance when we checked out. The location was perfect, right between the old town and the new *****. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Not the review I was hoping to write but will write anyway. Emailed the hotel 3 months before arrival with a request for a pool view room at the top of the hill based hotel, with a response of they’ll do their best. Was given a room at the very bottom of the hotel just above a row of pubs, with a wall view of the building next door. Nothing could be done apparently. No late check out was available and no shower room to get changed before being picked up for the airport, only the reception toilets! The hotel did have positives like the pool, the bar and food area, most of the staff and the location near the main part of Puerto del carmen. The room had everything you needed and a supermarket right next door. Wouldn’t stay here again due to the room allocation lotto but if you’re lucky with that then you could have a great holiday. Great hotel they placed us in room 1303 which was a lovely room We had slight problem when we got to room but fixed straight away & complimentary bottle of wine for our inconvenience Staff were great place is all about enjoyment definitely recommended.. Well be back for sure xxxx

We are a family of 4 and Loved these apartments. They were so quiet and clean and just a lovely ambience. Close to all restaurants and beach but felt like you were out of the way of the hustle and bustle to relax. Our apartment was spacious and clean, also well equipped for self catering breakfasts and lunches. Staff we met were lovely and helpful. I would definitely return. We had friends visit us who were staying in a different apartment and they all commented how lovely the accommodation and facilities were and they wished they were staying there too! Great stay, thank you.

A beautiful, comfortable and exceptionally clean and well presented hotel. The staff are so friendly and the rooms are really lovely. The outside space is fantastic, the pool is amazing and so clean. The sun deck overlooks the sea and has what must be one of the best views in Puerto del Carmen. We will definitely be back.

Such a beautiful hotel and location. Staff were outstanding. The place was absolutely spotless. Our apartment was fabulous, we really enjoyed the decor and the bed was very comfortable. It was a lovely, bright, spacious apartment with all you could need. We highly recommend and look forward to booking again. 10/10
