Apartamentos Panorama Adults Only

Fantastic hotel quiet and relaxing very steep hill but well worth it totally recommend

First impressions of Panorama were good. Nicely refurbished reception, bar and pool areas. Our allocated ‘garden’ room 112 was next door to the infamous room 110 as featured in a recent review ‘Worst room ever’ by reviewer John. In fairness we were happy with the room although we both agreed it was a bit tired. Calling it a garden view room is stretching it a bit (see photo) but we did get the lovely early morning sunrise. We did feel it necessary to hire the safe at 2.5 Euros a day as the patio door looked a bit dodgy and insecure (see photo) Sadly after our weekend arrival a JCB digger turned up on the Monday to the neighbouring building site and started clearing site debris and rubbish. The dust and mess soon began to cover our terrace and blow into our apartment. The JCB was there all week. We alerted reception and then called the Jet2 rep. In total fairness the Jet2 Leeds call centre and local rep could not do enough to put the matter right. We were immediately given another room on the opposite side of the complex. These were newly refurbished and supposedly superior and were indeed finished to a high standard. Self catering however was a challenge with no food prep area and nowhere to put food items. Ok for a cup of tea in the morning but a totally impractical layout with nowhere to sit to eat any meals. The apartment was next to the road and caught the sun on the balcony in the late afternoon. The position of Panorama is great for a ten minute walk down the steps to the main ***** and the walk back up the hill is not as challenging as many other apartments in the resort that we’ve stayed at in the past. On a couple of occasions there were no sun beds available around the pool as the selfish reserving brigade were out in force as usual. Didn’t eat at the bar but had a few beers and the lady serving was very pleasant and polite.

Inviting and helpful staff, we had b&b although no buffet style breakfast you choose from the menu and it is cook or prepare fresh. This is a really quite and peaceful for a relaxing holiday.if you are looking for fun and loud music entertainment this is not the place for you the bar shuts at 7pm. The nightlife is 5min walk away by the beach not for unfit people as the steps to and from are a workout. The shopping centre is ok and a 2 min walk away, and a lidl is around a 6 min walk. I liked these apartments and for a rating of 2 stars it's lovely. Not all rooms hsve nice views but an upgrade will give you a pool view. The rooms rooms and communal areas are spotless. Some apartments do have stairs to get to them no lifts to use. The sunbeds are limited although we came in March so they may have more in storage for busier times of the year. Overall I like this place and would recommend I would definitely book again to stay here.

Great value for for money , the room and hotel is cleaned regularly to a good standard , the staff are very friendly. I was very happy with the pool , I enjoyed the food and cocktails served at the bar. Would definitely return , thankyou very much

Can’t rate this a “4”. The entrance, staff, corridors, pool side bar/cafe are excellent. Room safe is good value at €2.50/night. The rooms were very clean and the staff worked hard in that respect. BUT.. the rooms are so dated, don’t have Air con’. General decor and fittings are so worn and/or unattractive. The bar/cafe closed AT 7pm😳. There is a very nice hotel with bar and live music directly across the street. Breakfast offerings at €9 are not generous, so we had a cracking English breakfast down the front promenade for €4.50 Location is in a quiet area back from the front and there’s a fairly comprehensive shopping mall 5 minutes walk away.
