Lastimosamente la administración en mala, ya qué cuentan con una carta pequeña y muchas de las veces no cuentan con ingredientes (camarón) qué hacen parte hasta de 5 platos y desafortunadamente toca consumir lo mismo todos los días (Pechuga y Churrasco) Adicional a lo anterior, en el acumulado de noches en el usuario no corresponde a la realidad (es menor a la realidad)

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas, se ve nuevo y todo está muy bien organizado. La atención del personal muy buena y la comida excelente. Sin embargo pésima seguridad, deje un artículo personal en la piscina y desapareció, solicitó revisión de cámaras para identificar qué pasó y el jefe de seguridad me responde que no tiene autorización para verlas. Inconcebible que en un hotel de este tipo se presente un hurto a manos del staff.

A ojo cerrado el mejor de la zona, buen personal, buena disposición, desayuno excelente y habitaciones cómodas. El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado y atiende 24/7 en recepción lo que lo hace seguro y tranquilo para cualquier cosa

El hotel es bonito, habitaciones comoda con internet , siempre muy limpieza , la comida ofrecen es bueno , costosa lo que se encuentra en la nevera de la habitació, servicio en general son muy amables, sin embargo cuando se solicita la cena no dan abasto y se demora llevar a la habitación
