This hotel is in a perfect private setting in the rain forest. Around the pool we spotted a wide selection of birdlife - Toucans, humming birds etc. In the restaurant breakfast was fairly standard. For the evening meal the empenadas were OK and the steaks were lovely. Overall the menu was limited with a poor wine and gin selection. The staff were all lovely As we were in the jungle the mozzies were a pest

This hotel is almost abandoned - nobody stays here almost. Room - hard bed, heaters that don’t provide enough heat, towels that are old, thin and could be used as bath mats instead. Soap provided were two pieces that are smaller that a match box. Breakfast - uninspired Snack - had vegetable soup and it was extra salty I had to add a full cup of water to make it ok. Check out was supposedly at 10 - I asked for a late check out at 12 since there was virtually no one anyway and they declined. Seriously. You feel like each item has a cost and each move you make needs to be paid for. Something you’ll be willing to do if the the hotel was even good enough. Not this one. Avoid at all costs. Never coming back.

Cold water for the shower on arrival, no glasses and bottle of water in the room, bathtub which does not close for a bath and in a dirty state which does not make you want it anyway. Sheets too small for the bed (my husband who is 1m80 had his feet uncovered..) Minibar broken. Swimming pool was emptied in the middle of our stay..and therefore not usable although announced HS after our departure.. Taxi necessary for each trip. Payment taken from the card before our arrival and not refunded!! While noted with no prepayment required... Management which refuses any exchange and does not care about the comfort of customers. Nothing of a 4 star hotel whatever the price or the discounts.. A state of aging and dirt never seen in a hotel.

It is an incredible place to disconnect from the city, the rooms are 10 with a small terrace to enjoy during the morning or afternoon, they have a super delicious restaurant that works until night, breakfast with varieties and everything is super well prepared. The best thing was the attention of all the officials. We came with my dog, a husky, and she was well treated the entire time. We will surely return in 2024 to spend more days here in the pool and surrounded by the jungle! ＜3.

Very nice hotel! Jungle, contact with nature! Excellent staff in all sectors! Excellent breakfast! Comfortable and clean rooms! Safe but it does not have a minibar! You have to rent it for 2800 pesos for the entire stay! You can't bring in food and drinks!!uhmm...not even they believe it!!but the only thing that can be criticized is the maintenance of the pool area!!a disaster to make everything new!!the rest is very good!!no I would return because I like to vary but highly recommended!!
