The owner ripped us off! He rented the cabins to us on a monthly basis in the low season since we are working in Arauco. We were 4 people, professionals living there and half the time only 2. We had no internet for almost a month which was essential for our work and they never fixed it despite repeated requests. In the place there is also no sign of any company. Griselda (the owner) made us leave a deposit in case something was broken and when the rental period ended she did not want to return it, claiming that we stained the chair in a very insulting way.
