The property was in a good location 2 blocks back from the beach but also very quiet. The communication with the property manager was very good even though English was not his first language and Spanish is not ours Google translate helped a lot. The property has a storage facility for baggage which proved very useful in that we arrived early and could drop our bags off and use the bathroom facilities before heading off for breakfast on the beachfront. Like wise at check out the storage facilities were useful. Pablo also advised us of a good car rental company who were very good. The flat itself was very clean a good size and had a very comfortable large bed, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. A nice little kitchen set up too.

A very comfortable place, new building and new interior. It is like an efficiency apartment, with a kitchen complete with small appliances. Very well located, two blocks from the beach, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, along the boardwalk and downtown. Good communication with the owner-hosts, easy to get access codes for the doors. Great wifi and a smart tv with many apps. Great air conditioning for any season.

Excelente hospedaje muy recomendable. Es seguro, limpio, moderno y tiene toda la comodidad que una familia necesita. Bien ubicado y muy bien atendido por sus administradores. Volvería sin dudas. Cuenta con lockers y baño de servicio para quienes viajan tarde.

Estuvimos con mi hijo en un depto monoambiente muy amplio con vista al mar. Excelente todo!! Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. No quería un lugar tan céntrico por lo cual la ubicación estuvo muy bien también. Estábamos a dos cuadras de la playa, que es lo que buscábamos, y entre 10 y 15 del centro.

Estuvimos de viaje para fin de año . Yo soy de Puerto Madryn pero vivo afuera hace años. La verdad la experiencia fue excelente en todo sentido. El departamento estaba bueno, impecable, ubicación 10 puntos. Era cómodo y limpio. El acceso con clave super seguro y fácil. La verdad muy muy recomendable. De lo mejor que pueden encontrar en esta ciudad. Tanto para estancias cortas como largas

Monolocali nuovi, con ogni comfort, grandi bagni e cucina, quasi tutti anche con terrazzo. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, assolutamente consigliato. A pochi minuti dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Self check in, tutto molto semplice e veloce. Se si va a Puerto Madryn assolutamente da alloggiare qui!
