Muy amables todo el personal, y su anfitriona Margarita muy atenta en todo momento , la cabaña muy bonita y cómoda,desayunos muy ricos, el jardín precioso . El sector que está ubicada es muy accesible y está muy bien ubicada, ideal para salir a recorrer lugares de interés turísticos

Excelente servicio y atención! Habitación acogedora y desayuno riquísimo… la mejor opción para hospedarse en Puerto Montt. Viaje por trabajo y me dieron todas posibilidades para adaptar mi horario de llegada… espero pronto volver a hospedarme allá.

Gesundheitsgefährliche Unterkunft! Für Bebes und Kinder sowie Asthmatiker nicht zu empfehlen! Wir haben hier die Zimmer anhand der Fotos gebucht. Leider entsprechen diese nicht dem IST Zusand. Das Haus ist sehr alt und wurde nur oberflächlich renoviert. Die Wände sind feucht und es hat gefährliche Schimmelsporen, welcher einfach mit frischer Farbe übermalt wurde. Die Fotos sprechen für sich! Sie haben uns unser Zimmer gezeigt und ich war nur zwei Minuten im Raum und habe gleich einen schweren Asthmaanfall gekriegt. Hätte ich nicht meine starken Notfall-Medikamente dabei gehabt, hätte ich sofort ins Spital eingeliefert werden müssen. Zwei Tage später schmerzt meine Lunge noch immer. Wir haben versucht mit der Chefin zu sprechen und zu erklären, dass wir nicht hier übernachten können und weshalb. Ihr war alles egal und hat gesagt dass es unser Problem sei und dass sie das Geld, welches wir im voraus bezahlt haben, behalten werde. Sie behält die CP 175'000 für sich. Eine Schande
