Very cute and at the same time cozy hostel with grandma's decor and atmosphere. It literally breathes history and smells of antiquity. It was as if I had returned to distant childhood. We paid $57 for 1 night with breakfast. Request payment by cash or card from a dollar account, this will allow you to save 19% local VAT. The location is in a very good place, within walking distance of the embankment, local cafes and many travel agencies, a large Unimart supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, the same distance to the souvenir fair. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the bus terminal with a suitcase or backpack. The receptionist knows and speaks English! It is amazing! Now about the room: there are all the basic amenities, even working central heating, which, if turned on, will remove the smell of dampness. The bed is very clean, but the mattress is still too hard for me, the pillows are very low. The shower has gel and shampoo, good pressure of hot water and the toilet flushes well. One of the outlets didn't work. Breakfast is quite normal, but without scrambled eggs, only boiled eggs, there is cheese and cold cuts, one type of cereal and milk, yogurt and bread with jam, hot tea and coffee. You can have a snack. I would stay here again, yes, it is quite possible, since within $50-60 this hotel looks like a good price/quality option if your budget allows up to $100, but there are more worthy options. Other hotel options under $50 are a very sad sight and this is immediately evident from the reception desk and staff, we went around 5 of these and you definitely don’t want to live there 😀 besides, they don’t understand or don’t want to understand that you shouldn’t pay VAT because they are tourists.

We arrived and were received with a lot of good vibes. They gave us information about the accommodation and helped us a lot, they even provided me with a thermos for my son's milk. The cozy and large room. Good location, around the corner from the square, with many cafeteria and restaurant options nearby.

We booked this place through Booking. Upon arrival they gave us a small room, with the wallpaper peeling off, without any closet to store our clothes, we had to keep them in our suitcases during the six days of our stay. It didn't have a TV and the view was really horrible. You could hear the footsteps of each person going up, down the stairs or walking down the hallway. We immediately asked for a change, since the photos were not the views and they offered us another one at a higher value, saying that ours was the one they gave to those who booked through the page. We wanted to change accommodation, but it was very difficult, since they were almost all full because it was high season. The points in favor that we were able to rescue from such a bad experience were the location, since it is very close to the center, the breakfast that seemed quite complete, even if you leave on the excursion early you have to notify beforehand and they will leave it ready for you, also the attention from the reception guy. I don't like to give bad reviews to hotels, since I understand that there are a lot of people working and depending on tourism, but I wouldn't go back.

Excellent place to stay in Puerto Natales. The location is unbeatable, as it is one block from the Puerto Natales plaza. The beds are very comfortable, with hotel-style sheets which allow a perfect rest during your stay. The service includes a fairly complete buffet breakfast. However, the most special thing about this place are the owners of the hostel. They are wonderful people, who make the stay perfect, and are very willing to resolve doubts, problems and suggest tours of the surrounding area. Our stay was unforgettable thanks to the kindness of those who welcomed us and were willing to help us with everything and were very concerned that everything went well. 100% recommended.
