The rooms are luxurious, clean, and cozy with modern amenities. The location is convenient for exploring the city. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and spacious, warm rooms with beautiful views.

This boutique hotel exceeds expectations. Rooms are large, well heated and modern and the bathrooms are also modern, even hi/tech! The staff are excellent - we cannot speak highly enough of Luis and Alicia who helped with luggage, restaurant suggestions and bookings, museum and shopping recommendations, and looked after our bags when we spent a night in Torres del Paine national park. Breakfast is available from 6am and includes a cooked breakfast. We had a 6:15 pick up and Luis made sure breakfast was available for us at 5:45 and helped bring our bags down from the second floor. All up a great experience for us as older travellers.

Hands down this is the best hostel that actually operates like a hotel. It is extremely safe. I stayed here for two nights before pursuing the Classic W Trek and one night after finishing. On all occasions the room was only for you, this is not a hostel so no room sharing or dormitory style room - and the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower always had hot water. Breakfast was wonderful with an abundant selection to choose from yogurt, fruit, juice, cereal/granola, eggs cooked, bread (white or whole wheat), hot water for tea. Best of all it was less than 5 minutes from the bus station by taxi and close to several stores for a bakery or supermarkets. It was also about a 15 minute walk to the Town Square for restaurants or the Main Street for retail stores. If I find myself ever coming back I would not hesitate to book a room in advance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful - bring a small Spanish/English dictionary for those rare occasions when a word choice would bridge any gap, but they do use Google translator.
