I did not stay at the hotel with you I have to pay again because trip. Com lied to me when I was there at the hotel they did not keep my reservation like they told me
I book for two adults and kids stay free laying to me because it wasn’t like that. All I want now is my refund back and the money that I had to pay for my son all because trip. Com lied to me

At the time of check-in, I showed my reservation 2 adults and a girl and at the reception they demanded a deposit, because for them there were only 2 adults, even showing, they forced me to pay the deposit.
