The staff is very helpful, warm, and attentive. Ms. Leny is friendly, and accommodating. She made our stay so comfortable and fun! The place is very nice and cosy. The furniture and appliances sparkling new and clean.

What a great little find, tucked away from the noise of the traffic of Puerto Princesa but still close to the main road, we found The Golden Pension, what we loved about it was:
- Clean room
- Clean sheets and towels
- Hot water
- Quiet
- Secured compound
- Friendly owners
- Good TV
- Fantastic air conditioner
And most of all, value for money and the owner dropped us of at the Airport which is only a 10 drive away .

I have stayed in many hotels, but this was the most impressive experience I have ever had. I would like to express my gratitude.
The hygiene and cleanliness of the room were perfect. The air conditioning was quiet, and I was able to stay comfortably.

Очень комфортное, чисто и уютно. Персонал очень доброжелателен и отзывчив помог решать возникающие вопросы и подсказывал места для осещения. Отель работает уже 8 лет со слов менеджера, но при этом оснащение как-будто новое: тихий, но мощный кондиционер, создающий комфорт в комнате, отличная сантехника, вместительный холодильник, установка с питьевой водой. Территория ухоженная и безопасная, на ночь ворота зарываются для предупреждения доступа незнакомцев.
В отеле останавливались на одну ночь и далее ехали в путешествие по островам на 4 дня. Персонал разрешил оставить багаж на время путешествия на ресепшене, за что отдельная благодарность.
Сам отель расположен на удалении от основной дороги и есть небольшая проблема поймать трицикл или такси до аэропорта. Однако персонал был любезным и помог это сделать сходив до дороги и договорившись с трициклом.

Very clean and hospitable. The service was exceptional. We would stay here again (and again). It was close to the modern mall and the airport. They arranged transportation and a tour for us that was excellent (Honda Bay had very good snorkeling and beaches).

Great hosts. Nice spacious room, large bed, great quiet A/C unit. Basic breakfast included, room had kitchenette with kettle, but no fridge. No safe, but very secure accommodation with locked gates. Good location and nice and quiet. Hosts helped use sort the underground river tour and transfers. Hot water shower.

Excellent address in the heart of PP, quiet and very close to shops restaurants Airport 10 minutes by car. The very professional and smiling welcome of the owners who take great care of you, the room is large, fully equipped with TV, air conditioning...and incredibly clean, the very good breakfast served on your terrace, and the free transfer to the hotel. airport ;) very nice address not to be missed
