The location is very convenient since it was just in front of Robinsons Palawan. Check in process was smooth as the staff already checked us in prior to arriving. The complimentary airport transfer was good. The driver was on time. Just had a few hiccups when I initially reserved for a complimentary airport transfer as the socmed admin seems puzzled at first. But just a minor flaw. The room was huge. The complimentary breakfast was excellent especially it’s a buffet. Extra stars for being flexible, was able to give us a packed breakfast since we are leaving early morning. Extra stars also for the helpful and proactive staff. Overall, it was a great stay and would book again when I go back to Puerto Princesa.

High regards to the staff of the hotel whose sincerity and warmth made my stay very comfortable. There may be limitations in terms of the facilities but the competent staff overcome all of these. The location of the hotel is also a great advantage. The food is also perfect that is made more delicious because of the warm accommodation of the staff.

The water shower is v small like dripping water only. But the location is good as it is opposite Robinson which is meeting point for some tours. They do have airport transfer but need to book in advance

The hotel is conveniently near the mall and restaurants. But the hotel was very basic. Recommended for a short stay.

Rooms were very spacious (great to organizing our luggage. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Location was right in the middle of the city so it was very convenient and close by to some of the nicest food spots.
Overall, 10/10 recommend!
