Servatur Eden & Buganvillas

At the time of booking all inclusive, reviews were really good. We looked several weeks before travelling and were surprised to read several negative recent reviews, therefore, we were slightly concerned. Upon arrival the receptionist was very polite and the accommodation was very spacious and clean (apart from the sliding glass mirror wardrobe doors and dust under the bed), however, we also noticed during our 14 night stay that the shower tray was not cleaned at all and the floor was not always cleaned). We were on the ground floor and found that the cleaner left the patio door unlocked/open on three occasions. We hired pool towels for a 10 euro deposit each – which could be changed during the stay for a charge of 3 euros each or alternatively, there was an on-site laundry room which we could utilise at a cost of 4 euros per wash. The staff in the restaurant and bar areas were polite and friendly and loved having a joke with you (albeit, sometimes at your expense – lol). The food was varied, cooked well and tasted really nice. Although they did not have a “theme” night one could always find at least four different cuisines on offer, plus starters and puddings. We went prepared to eat out but only went out one evening for an authentic Indian curry (if we were self-catering, eating out would have got boring really quick). Evening entertainment was good and varied for the fourteen nights. We were pleasantly surprised not to see any “tip” boxes on counters and therefore asked the receptionist the protocol – she gave us envelopes which we could put money into and leave with the areas – this would then be shared out equally amongst staff in that area. Really pleased we chose this establishment for our holiday, very good value.

I just returned from this hotel. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Beautiful spacious rooms with huge balcony. Great staff, great pool and the perfect location. Didn’t eat at hotel so can’t speak on food. Shop attached to hotel which is handy

Our last holiday was at the 4 Star Riu Tequila in Playacar Mexico and it was superb overall, the Eden Apartments being 3 stars matched the Riu Tequila in every department, food, entertainment, facilities, staff, a really enjoyable experience and would go back to both hotels without reservation, if I had to choose between the two id have to flip a coin. Although perched on top of a hill it takes 30 minutes to walk to the lovely amadores beach, there is a free coach to and from the beach 3 times a day so no need to worry if you cannot walk that far, the views are stunning from the Eden Apartments and just leaning on the hand rail surveying the landscape can be mesmerising. Any reservations you may have about this hotel, take a leap of faith, its definitely worth the money you pay.

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at Eden. We enjoyed everything about our week away, yes it wasn’t the most luxurious place we’ve ever been too but that is reflected in the price. Food was great -lots of choice -Ice cream machine was a massive hit!! The staff were great and hard working. The entertainment was cheesy but fab. We would definitely return Xx

Room- Lots of space, very modern, very close to the pool. Always clean. Comfy beds Food- Lots of options, very tasty, clean restaurant. Pool- Very big, lots of seating areas, just couldn’t have inflatables. Staff- very helpful, just some need to smile more, and try a little harder to accommodate customers. But overall very nice people. Places to go, unless you enjoy a walk down a hill i would recommend getting a taxi there cheap to get to places. Free bus to the beach and back has been helpful (10 mins to beach). Entertainment- Lots of different entertainment day and night. Different each night. I didn’t attend night time entertainment but it sounded brilliant. My 2 year old son has loved it and so has my partner. We came for 10 days all inclusive. Would 100% come back. Best part, the views and atmosphere here. My partners best part was the perks of all inclusive. Well worth it.

A bad start! Overbooked! So we didn't get our room we had booked until 3 days later!! Reception staff were very professional and understanding of our disappointment. We were recommend this hotel.. but it wouldn't have been my choice. Food was fine.. and original room we booked was lovely. A 100% credit to ALL staff at this hotel. A special mention for RAFAEL from the animation team. Absolutely brilliant.. and looked like he loved his job, and a great dancer too!!. If it wasn't for RAFAEL and the waitress , Mailen who was brilliant at her job too. Always working very hard doing her job.. with a smile. Chiva was a friendly barman, always happy to serve you and chatted with guests . Had a nice time. Thankyou Eden Buganvillas for a week that started off not good.. but ended lovely. I would also like to mention weekly entertainment.. EXCELLENT!!
