We do not expect that the hotel is somewhat of Scandinavian style, featuring simplicity and functionality, yet coziness. There is even a sauna, but which we do not have time to enjoy. The owner, Juan Pablo, speaks fluent English and is one of the most considerate and accommodating people we come across during this trip. We arrived at the hotel after 6 pm when all supermarkets had closed so that we were not able to buy food for our breakfast for the next day. We had to prepare our own breakfast because our glacier trip was to start at 0650 hours, before the hotel would normally serve breakfast. But knowing our situation, Juan had our breakfast prepared and sent to our cabin that evening for our consumption in the small hours the following day. Further, he led us to a very nice bistro for dinner that evening. Its food, decor, waitresses, and kitchen staff were all delectable. The other two lady staff of the hotel Bacaris, though do not speak English, were as cordial and helpful as Juan. I would highly recommend Hotel Bacaris to anyone making a stay in Coyhaique.

Not the cheapest, but very haig quality room. Beautifully set, very comfortable, beds and sheets are spoiling , and the apt. Is warm.
the staff was very nice and useful.
We were very happy there and will be happy to stah again.

El mejor lugar para quedarse en río tranquilo! Las habitaciones son hermosas, el personal atento y las instalaciones full equipadas. El lugar perfecto para descansar después de días de excursión. Gracias Juan Pablo y Loreto por su ayuda 🏔️

Una parada mas en nuestra ruta austral, este hotel es muy acogedor, son cabañas pequeñas ya que solo tiene la habitacion de cama matrimonial y un baño. Una entrada muy pequeña que apenas cabe una maleta, todo muy limpio. Quizá se necesitaria un espacio para poder dejar dos maletas, para los que viajan con mochila es ideal pero nosotros llevabamos dos maletas medianas y una mochila y resultaba un poco justo.

El hotel es una grata sorpresa; si bien se aprecia simple desde afuera, al interior se despliega en una moderna arquitectura. Las habitaciones modernas y bien equipadas invitan al descanso. Limpias, ventiladas y calefaccionadas. El Hotel cuenta, además, con una kitchen comunitaria, excelentemente equipada para quien quiera incluso cocinar. Lo muy destacable es la atención del personal. Loreto: te amamos!! Lo recomiendo y claro que volveré.

Es muy bueno con muy buena tecnología tiene una casa que es para abrir las puertas de las piezas es con una tarjeta tiene na cocina con refrigerador microondas mesas para comer cocina y lava vajillas tiene internet y lo recomiendo para extranjeros y extranjeras y también para chile y todo el mundo

Excelente hospedagem !!! Para esta época de baixa temporada é difícil encontrar hotel desta qualidade na região. Instalações novas, atendimento nota 10! Super recomendamos! Estamos em uma longa viagem de carro, subindo pela Carretera Austral.
