Lovely property with old world charm. Large and clean rooms, friendly staff. We had lovely poolside service last night of margaritas and guacamole. The quesadillas were amazing too. Easy access to Romantico Zone. Stay here, it’s perfect!

Everything about this resort has been exceptional. We had great snacks and drinks at the pool on our arrival. The suite is very spacious and we had a good sleep. Air conditioning was very good and actually had to get a second blanket last night.

The rooms were beautiful! The grounds were amazing. Always chairs at the pool! We had lovely drinks at the pool bar last night. The swan on the bed was such a nice touch! Sitting on your balcony overlooking the ocean was so peaceful! An unexpected piece of paradise.

We went to Marcela Resort for a nice week long getaway! Spectacular views, relaxing space, and incredibly responsive service. We stayed in La Hacienda Suite and had a whole floor & terrace to ourselves. Lovely staff, amenities, and food! 10/10 Will book again!

Gorgeous landscaping, suites are traditional but luxurious. Great view of Bay. Very quiet. Service is excellent. We just enjoy sitting on balcony and watching the blue waters. Saw some whales! The restaurant has delicious food and should be tried at least once.

Marcela is so charming and unique! The hotel's design with the amazing gardens, like a mini jungle tucked into the side of the hill, is beautiful. The lovely pool area and rooms are goregous, spaceous, and full of character. The staff were kind and so accommodating. It was very quiet when we visited and the experience was delughtful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff, friendly, beautiful property nestled in nature. Great spa services! Would definitely recommend staying at Marcela Resort & Spa. Puerto Vallarta has a special charm. The food, the people and the culture is amazing! Would love to be here for the Day of the Dead celebration. Maybe next year! The all day boat ride we took yesterday was unforgettable. Beautiful place for couples! A very inclusive destination for everyone! We love Puerto Vallarta!

This place is magical, the staff is top notch, the location is great, and you get your work out walking to town. I would stay here again!. The front desk was very accommodating, the pool area wasn’t busy at all. I can’t wait to come back.o would come in the slow season to avoid a lot of tourists.
