Don't stay here! The temperature is so hot inside this entire place it feels like an oven inside. They refuse to turn on the air conditioning. It's terrible. This place is almost empty. There are large dorm rooms completely vacant. Their website is a total lie. Even when they say they turn on the air conditioning late at night you can't tell. Don't stay here.

Beware, i Made my reservation on *********** AND i was charged 25 percent More of the total price that booking said, 20 percent for taxes AND 5 percent for paying with my credit card, a practice that Is ilegal in México, this place usted to be ok, but not anymore the person at the front desk was rude as well, i dont recommend It anymore

Excellent location, just steps from Los Muertos beach right in the heart of all the action at Puerto Vallarta. Its quite literally walking distance to most places that you would want to go. Very clean throughout. Some of the staff/volunteers were very very nice especially Alex and the other guys who worked during the days. Unfortunately, I did not find the bed very comfortable. The property is pretty small, only 4 rooms plus the very small common spaces. Multiple bathrooms/showers in the rooms would have been nice but its a small space so not really feasible. They do have an extra bathroom and shower outside in the common area though if the one in your room is occupied. Good place to stay on a budget but its very bare bones so be prepared for that.
