The building has been neglected for years, is in need of a total update. All the furnishings are either worn out, broken or missing. The kitchen was barely usable, no sink stopper, no toaster (got a cheap new one after a few days which we shared with our fiends as theirs didn’t work), no mixing bowls, no pots and 1 knife but very dull. We were hard pressed to make a meal with out borrowing from our friends. The microwave and fridge were ok. The bed was also ok but firm. We had very lower water pressure which made showers tricky. Water was hot but took forever to get to get to the shower and sinks. Had a small balcony overlooking the street which was very noisy to say the least and party went on until 6am some nights. There were a few shops close by for groceries and liquor but could be pricey. There are no rooms on the ground level so you need to use the stairs to access your room. Pool didn’t look great, a-lot of missing tiles but it clean and usable. Also plenty of lounges and tables with chairs in the pool area which were in good condition. The staff was very friendly and attentive. If your only requirement is finding a cheap place to stay centrally located in the Zona Romantica Puerto Vallarta, at $55 Canadian per night this could be it. Just don’t expect much. As you can probably tell we didn’t enjoy our stay and will not return.

I absolutely love this place! It's not all fancy, upscale, bougie or pretentious. Appears to be mostly original, yet kept up nicely. They offer one and and two bedroom units. The staff is friendly and helpful. Armando and Carlos always greet with a smile. There's a 3rd gentleman who is not here as often, but the same goes for him. All wonderful! Francisco keeps everything in line and running smoothly. The maintenance guy and the lovely housekeepers do an amazing job. The location is a quick, flat walk of 4 blocks to the beach. It's smack in the middle of all the action so it tends to be loud. The first night here we were a little worried. We went out and got the best earplugs possible and we now use loud white noise. We sleep sound, without issue. Many guests here have been coming to PV for the winter months for decades. It's like a little neighborhood community up in here because most people know each other from coming year after year. I feel pretty lucky that we were able to get a couple months here and secure next year. If you want a pristine, quiet environment, this is not for you. You can stay up in the hotel zone or in Nuevo if that's your ideal vacation. If you're looking for action/city life and a true feeling of PV, this is it.

Забронировал апартаменты-люкс. Номер предполагает общую комнату с мягкой зоной, кухней, обеденным столом. Отдельную спальню, санузел с душем. Балкон Что сразу бросается в глаза по прибытии в отель, это его "поживший" интерьер и общая обстановка увядания. Мне понравилась концепция оформления отеля в кантри стиле с местным колоритом, но очевидно, что ремонт в нем делали очень давно. Сам номер очень просторный. Уборка каждый день, а именно: застилали кровать, выбрасывали мусор, добавляли расходники. Для замены полотенец их нужно бросить в душ - не проверяли. В шкафу есть сейф - не пользовались. Во внутреннем дворе бассейн - не пользовались. ИЗ ПЛЮСОВ: - Невысокая цена - Месторасположение - Удобный матрас - Отличный Wi-Fi (номер был на 2-ом этаже) - Нет перебоев с горячей водой, так как в номере есть подсобное помещение с газовым котлом - Кухня оборудована всем необходимым инвентарем и техникой: холодильник, микроволновка, кофеварка, блендер, тостер. Вся техника новая и чистая ИЗ МИНУСОВ: Как раньше говорил, интерьер уже не первой свежести из чего и вытекают очевидные минусы. - Некоторые предметы интерьера не мешает заменить/отмыть/отремонтировать (фото прилагаю) - На обеих прикроватных тумбочках с тремя ящиками отсутствуют ручки - Подушки старые и их наполнитель неоднородный и комковатый - Странно выглядит пластиковый стол со стульями, хоть отель и 3 звезды, но все таки номер люкс - У входной двери разболтана ручка - Не мешало почистить головку душа, так как вода брызжет в разные стороны тонкими струйками - Нет полотенца для рук в санузле
