Macarena greeted us as we drove in w/o reservations and proceeded to check us in to a nice (albeit small) room overlooking 1 of 2 local volcanos. Quite the view!!! She sent guides and recommended outings via WhatsApp including nearby Rincon de La Ensenada which we enjoyed as well. After a rich and satisfying breakfast Macarena filled us in on several top spots in National Park to hike and view, making for jewel-of-a- day.

Comfortable beds and reasonable-sized bathroom, good (in-bath-) shower and nice breakfast with friendly service all around. We did find the rooms fairly small (could barely walk around the bed with the suitcases open) and sadly they placed us right next to the only other occupied room in the hotel which caused us a bad night‘s sleep on account of some heavy snoring Hotel has an informative guest brochure provided at booking and extra services (hot tub, sauna, massage); considering that all other hotels we staid in in Chile provide hot tub service free of charge, a fee of CLP 40,000 for 90 minutes appears rather excessive (we had just spent half a day at Termas del Sol in Puelo with 10 outdoor pools etc for 32,000 by comparison…). Maybe this aspect can be reconsidered.. All in all we did enjoy our stay and can recommend this hotel to explore this lovely area.

O Lodge é lindo, confortável, situado em uma região muito bonita, e o atendimento dos proprietários e funcionários foi impecável! Café da manhã perfeito, com produtos regionais, preparados individualmente ! A geléia, deliciosa , foi preparada pela mãe da proprietária. Um mimo! Recomendo fortemente!

Es un lugar maravilloso para relajarse y desconectar de todo. El personal muy amable y atento. Todos los espacios muy limpios y un desayuno muy rico con productos locales de la zona. El trato es muy personalizado, lo que nos dejo encantados. ¡De seguro volvería con mi pareja!
