An excellent place to spend time in Puerto Varas. Clean and comfortable, with amazing views into the lake and volcanoes. Its location allows to use public transportation to move along the lake and city's downtown, allowing a good connection to many different touristic points and different towns along the lake (namely Ensenada, Petrohué, Frutillar, Puerto Montt, among others).

The hotel is a little far from the city centre, approximately a 20/25 min-walk. Although there are taxis, they're not cheap. We had a king-size bed in our bedroom but because of that, we had little space left in the room to accomodate our luggage and move around. Breakfast was simple but they provide a good variety of cakes. The staff was very helpful.

Very good hotel, without luxuries. If you are looking for a good room with the comforts of space, a good bed and bathroom, it is the right option. Good location next to the lake and a quiet place, somewhat far from the center, but within walking distance. They must improve the breakfast.

Comfortable room Negative -They did not have a plug adapter available -The bathroom got the toilet area wet when you bathed. The hotel is well located, close to several restaurants and bars and about a 20-minute walk to the center. The room (I stayed on the first floor) is very good, it just doesn't have air conditioning. The breakfast is excellent, with a lot of variety. And guests have a discount at the restaurant next door, which is very good and the price is great because of this.
