The location is wonderful, close to the beach and the center, but not in a noisy place. The rooms are large, but the terrace is covered with a roof, there is no open space with air and the windows upstairs are small, almost to the ceiling. The staff is friendly, helpful and involved in solving problems. But! In each room, something is either broken or not working and this quite interferes with your stay and wastes time.
