Magnífico para ser un 2 estrellas. Fuimos una expedición de 3 adultos y 12 niños. El trato del personal fue excepcional y nos dieron todo tipo de facilidades para que estuviéramos agusto, además de que hicieron algunas excepciones con nosotros y con otro grupo igual que el nuestro, por las que estamos muy agradecidos.

El hotel no está mal para las estrellas que tiene, todo parecía ir bien, hasta que estábamos mi pareja y yo durmiendo y a las 8:00 de la mañana escuché como abrían nuestra habitación, era la señora de la limpieza y al darse cuenta que estaba ocupada cerró la puerta. Me pareció indignante y una vergüenza que invadieran nuestra intimidad de ese modo.. Al bajar se lo comunicamos al recepcionista y solo dijo: el personal de limpieza sabía que esa habitación estaba ocupada, así que no lo entiendo, solo puedo decir que lo siento. Así que sintiéndolo mucho no volveré y se lo aconsejo a nadie. Hemos dormido en miles de hoteles y nunca nos había pasado algo parecido.

Realice la reserva a través de Booking especificando que éramos 2 adultos y una niña de 6 años. Realicé el pago indicado para esa cantidad de personas y habitación reservada. cuando llegue, la habitación era normal. Teníamos dos camas grandes, juntas, a modo de cama de matrimonio y otra para la peque(yo no había especificado ni solicitado cama supletoria) y nadie me dijo en ningún momento nada. Cuando dejamos el hotel me indicaron que tenía una cama supletoria, que yo no había pedido, que no estaba incluida en el precio y que tenía que abonar el “módico” precio de 44€ más por las dos noches. No volveré a repetir ni aconsejo a nadie esto. No he querido discutir y los he pagado porque tenía prisa por irme, pero ha sido un robo a mano armada.
