GGuest UserThe facilities of the newly opened hotel are very new. It is opposite Xilai Ancient Town. You can walk to the ancient town through a covered bridge from the hotel. The location is very good. There are no people in the town at night. The hotel is also very quiet and the air is fresh. Suitable for a leisurely vacation, it is great to watch the scenery and listen to the sound of rain on the balcony of the suite. Maybe it's because it's newly opened and some facilities are not perfect enough. Our parent-child room's key card couldn't open the door, and it took three trips to get it fixed. The two rooms in the parent-child room are independent and have their own bathrooms, which is more convenient. However, it is too inconvenient for the two rooms to only have one TV remote control and one electric mosquito coil. I asked for supplements when I checked in, but they were not delivered. , I was bitten by mosquitoes in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep. For the first time, I called the front desk at two o'clock in the middle of the night and asked for an electric mosquito coil. I hope it can be improved as soon as possible.

When I first checked in, I felt that the environment, location and facilities were OK. By the river, I could see the river view and the room was very big. Also with a bathtub (but no disposable bathtub cover), breakfast is OK, more rich, worthy of this price, everything feels good here, it is worth staying again. The next morning, because of the rain, I dealt with some things in the room. The check-out time was before 14:00. When it was close to noon, I went out for a meal and then came back to check out. As a result, the focus came. I went to eat and came back. I saw that the door of the room was open. My computer, mobile phone and bags were all in the room. The door was open, but there was no one (referring to the hotel staff). I called the front desk and the front desk explained that I thought I was going to continue to live, so I opened it to do cleaning. It may be that I went to get the tools and didn't close the door. To be honest, I don't accept this explanation. As a hotel staff, I opened the door and saw that the guests had valuables. Why didn't I close the door and leave? I had to wait until it fell and then quarrel, so this problem is a problem with hotel management. I don't want to go to such a hotel for the second time.
