Not very satisfied overall. The original reservation was mainly for two reasons. One is that the family needs three rooms for travel, and this is a three-bedroom and one-living room, which is more suitable. The second is that there is a hot spring. The main reasons for dissatisfaction are: 1. The quilt is relatively damp, 2. There is a musty smell in the wardrobe, 3. There is no rail in the wardrobe, and it is impossible to hang clothes. 4. There are no street lights in the villa area, and you can only rely on mobile phones to light up at night, 5. The hot spring is closed at 9 pm and opened at 2 pm. Due to the severe traffic jam, we settled in and didn’t have time to soak in the hot spring that night. It didn’t feel like a resort hotel. The front desk explained that the villa is the owner’s house, and the hotel is just a custodian, but since it is a custodian, it must meet the standards of the hotel. In addition to the large area that met expectations, the whole family was not satisfied with other things, because some family members are allergic and feel very uncomfortable after smelling the musty smell in the room, so they quickly canceled the next day’s accommodation that night and checked out early.
