大廳裝的很漂亮，停車也方便，但房間設施破爛不堪，衞生間乾濕不分離，早餐更是簡單無語。網介100多房間都是虛誇的，一共開二層，也不知道攜程怎麼考察的？賣368的價，性價比很低。不推薦！

看中他家有地暖，到酒店的報價要350元，現場網上訂的281元每間，訂了二間，入住時發現床上沒有床笠，出去吃好晚飯回房間睡覺時發現床上有頭髮，枕頭上有黃色痕跡，衞生間門背後也有很多頭髮，衞生堪憂，已快10點，好在我們自己帶了被套，就將就一晚了，真對不起他的門面

普蘭比較上規模的酒店，第二次入住了，酒店安排的房間直接面對喜馬拉雅雪山羣，早晚都可以看到日照金山，非常值得一看！前台的益西服務非常好，有求必應，非常滿意！？

早餐很差，大廳和走道應是拖把不乾淨拖地後，致地板不亮潔，硬件設施應是普蘭最好的了，住了2天，總枱小夥子態度端正，還專門向我詢問了第一天早餐不好的問題。總之體驗不大好。

無論從大廳到走廊還是到房間都很大，衞浴櫃看着挺老的，應該是有年代的。前台很熱情。
早餐感覺很一般，牛奶沒有奶味，咖啡跟水一樣，工作人員在那刷視頻，視頻傳出來的聲音讓人不舒服，希望有待提高。

連住2晚，除了早餐有的遲外，別的滿意。位置很好，不過小城也不大。走幾分鐘，街上很多餐廳。房間對着雪山，早上看到日照金山。
