This property is located only 25 minutes from Blacksburg so it is great for graduation or home football games. Also only 10 minutes from Radford so an ideal spot to stay for RU graduations. Very nice home on Lake Crater
Our stay was wonderful. Very nice neighborhood and updated home. Everything was great. Chipmunks are so fun to watch.

This home is absolutely perfect! Tim and Melissa’s attention to detail and taste is impeccable. It is spotless, extremely comfortable, decorated beautifully and has everything you need to enjoy a peaceful stay just steps from their fire pit and dock on a gorgeous and secluded park of Clater Lake. Absolutely the nicest rental we have ever had in the 4 years our son has attended VT.!
Tim & Melissa are excellent commentators! Thank you for the lovely welcome bottle of wine. Just a perfect weekend.

Excellent house on quiet cove
The house was amazing. Great breeze on the porch. Everything worked as it should. Will be sure to come back soon. Thanks for an amazing time relaxing at the lake.
