"I wanna give some information about the garden villa and ocean villa, garden villa is way better than ocean villa , it has private yard, it’s a little far from the lobby for more privacy and peace, but ocean villa is near the restaurant and it’s not private, the residence of gardens villa should pass by ocean villas to get to their room and it’s not even beach front, it doesn’t have private yard so the guests couldn’t open the curtains and use the view 🫣it should be half price of garden villa but it’s more expensive 😑
the toilet and bathroom doesn’t have door but has view to garden.
The stuff are great. 👍🏼
The food is the best in the island but totally is average.
Snorkeling with firus was amazing.😝
Everything is perfect, I highly recommend this villa.🫶🏻"

"Amazing we could hear clearly sound of wave while sleeping at night
If you are lucky you can see monkey and squirrels.
They invite me at that time.
Clean my room and fresh. Breakfast is good because they deserved local food and fresh omelet.
Beach is quiet no one swim there."
"The resort is located on a very long and quiet beach and, even if it is a bit disconcerting at first, it is the ideal place for those who want to spend a few days in total relaxation. The complex is spread over a fairly large area and offers various accommodations on the seafront. We booked one of these and it was really worth it. The room has a beautiful window overlooking the beach and, in the morning, waking up with the sound of the sea in the background is priceless. The room is quite comfortable, a small living room with a sofa and armchair, a bathroom and a bedroom. Outside, a small patio with two chairs and a small table. The bed is comfortable, quite large, the power outlets are convenient.
However, we did not like some things: starting with the bathroom which gave off a very bad smell of stagnant water and also persistent. We had to keep the door closed otherwise the bad smell spread to the rest of the room. In general, there was a lot of humidity throughout the bathroom, so much so that the various aluminum accessories had several rusty spots. The shower provided very little water, and to have hot water you had to turn on a second shower head. Externally, one of the two chairs was broken. Finally, there was a generator right behind the room and therefore the noise was very loud even inside, with the doors closed.
The services offered by the resort are quite extensive. The restaurant is mediocre, in terms of choice and quality of food. Many of the drinks are not available, many dishes on the menu are “out of stock”… but it is understandable considering that you are on an island. The pool is very large and beautiful even if not very clean. The deck chairs are few and also broken.
In conclusion, the real strong point of the resort is the staff and the location. The rest can be improved, there is a lot of potential and if only they took more care of it, there would be nothing to envy to more renowned brand resorts."
"We stayed at Mimpi Perhentian Resort Hotel at the end of June for 3 days and 2 nights, and we regretted not booking a longer stay. Our sea view triple room was perfect for our little family of three, including our six-year-old boy. The resort offers the best views on Long Beach, and we loved the chill vibes in the morning and the lively atmosphere in the evening and night.
Booking all our island trips through the hotel was super convenient since we could charge everything to our room. We did snorkeling during our island tour, which is an absolute must-do when you’re on the island. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and great water pressure for showers. The saltwater hotel pool was also charming and a great spot to relax.
We appreciated having the staff handle our luggage and bags, bringing them from the jetty at Kuala Besut all the way to our room at the hotel itself, which was superb! The boat ride to the island was also great, seeming more luxurious than the ones offered by the other resorts on the island.
Each and every single staff throughout the hotel was amazing and friendly; making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was just okay, but no worries! There are plenty of cafes just a stone’s throw away with affordable, really good food covering almost all cuisines. A beautiful stroll away, these cafes added to the charm of our stay.
Mimpi Perhentian truly is a dream come true. We can’t wait to return!"
"This hotel is beautiful. It’s brand new but well maintained. And the staff are the nicest super helpful bunch you’ll ever meet. The food is good and well done!
I spent a whole day at the pool and the water was amazing with the view of the ocean, free iced water, and whatever you want to eat and drink by the pool.
I was fasting the first day I arrived and they provide suhoor instead of breakfast, but they deliver it to your room. I had 2 full trays of food and barely finished not even half.
It’s good"
"service is excellent. after going to neighboring hotel restaurants, we realized that the food in Coral is better, and a little cheaper. They accept Russian UnionPay cards (and in neighboring Barat too).
unfortunately, near Coral, most of the corals are dead, and there are not many fish. for a good snorkel, you had to swim quite far.
I do not recommend taking the cheapest rooms. Some of them are too small, others can be inconveniently located or on the mountain.
we had to change our room to a more expensive one with an extra charge.
but overall the impressions are very good.
p.s.: the hotel has a ”non-alcohol” policy. even beer nearby can only be bought in Barat for 18 ring/can"
"Very good experience from start to finish. We came from another hotel and they checked us in early around 11am which allowed us to freshen up and take a snorkelling trip.
We booked a standard but were given a much larger room. A/C, Fridge and shower were great. The hotels restaurant was very good and offered a very efficient service. Check out was quick and to get off Perhentian Besar, we got picked up at Barat's own jetty.
It was an absolute pleasure to stay here!"
"We stayed in a chalet. The chalet was very basic, without a cupboard, a shelf... but really spacious. The bathroom was also large, the shower jet was very weak. The artificial grass in front of the door was inconvenient, just wooden planks would have been much more practical. All in all we were quite satisfied with the location and the spacious room. We thought the price was way too high for what we got, and the staff hardly seemed to know anything. One young man was very friendly but quite helpless, the others were not friendly. One man even looked at you disapprovingly when you brought something to the fridge, because he thought it was unthinkable that a can of beer would be put in his fridge."

VVicky China WalaThis resort is wonderful place to stay in a very good budget compared to other resorts around. The room was pretty clean and comfortable. 24/7 air conditioning and water heating facility available. The hotel staff was super kind and friendly.
You can enjoy drinks at the bar with Akmal and gossip with nice music ❤️
They serve amazing food and offer snorkeling trips , boat taxis, kayak and other facilities.
AAl DDUSTYfor 2 stars hotel this is an average hotel. no breakfast provided yet the price is quite reasonable. location is in the middle of Perhentian. Have to walk from jetty and by walk i mean have to do light hiking.
