The location is perfect according to our requirements. clean hotel with very polite staff. The food is very tasty but found to be very spicy. we have decided to stay in the same hotel during our next visit.

The staff thinks that they are too smart. Too much attitude in the staff. I was charged 1000 Rupees because I checked in early. I had to ask for extra shampoo 5 times.i got only 1 litre of complimentary drinking water. In breakfast I was asking for tea again and again because I drink 5 to 6 cups of tea. The server gave me enough dirty looks ***** with tea. Location is fabulous but the staff is TERRIBLY TERRIBLE

Bedsheet were not fresh, washroom needs to be well maintained from hygiene point of view. AC smells like servicing not done since long time.

property is good for temporary stay. 5 min walk to Pune railway station. comp breakfast had 3 options only utpam, idly and upma.
Room was clean and staff were curtageos.

Hotel is very near to railway station and check in was made ready at the time of arrival. Hotel is neat and tidy though it is a very old hotel. Hotel should provide tea maker in the room and change the mattresses as they are very hard and difficult to sleep.
