This place is very bad the bed is broken one , the bathroom is like public toilet ( dirty one ) stay away from this place if need a small rest to sleep . Trip com should check this first

Hotel is clean, bathroom, cot and bed sheets maintained well. Receptionists are very humble and polite. Worth stay.

Third class accommodation, ac not working, slow response to customers on call, poor service, glass broken of windows, no provision of hot water, room rent check in check out time worst for customers, non married couples entrance unwanted etc

It's a decent facility in this part of pune, but we faced issues with the bugs. We had to change our rooms, but still the issue persisted with other rooms as well. Having said that, this is slightly better compared to other hotels in this area of pune

I had booked the hotel by going through the amenities provided in for entertainment tv was included but when they had provided me the room and the tv was there but it was not working so i had to call the reception for tv issue then the issue was not solved and they changed my room and same issue was there the remotes were not working then again they interchanged the batteries from ac remote to tv remote this was so irritating as i had already checked in late and on top of that they were just wasting my time then on other hand there room was not hygienic the room was full of cockroaches because they had not cleaned the bathroom the dustbin inside the bathroom was full of dirty was had a foul smell and while using the bathroom the cockroaches were roaming around i am facing the problems

It’s a grand place for cupels & friends for party or any thing else. But i stay in room number 207 and this room ac is not working properly so only one thing that’s not good so i ratted 4/5.
