Hotel ritz is very near to pune railway station. All staff is well trained and very soft spoken very good veheaver. Room is specious cleanliness is excellent. Food is very good. Restaurants is specious and food is excellent. I recommend to all of you.

I had booked executive room. Room and cleaning was ok. Most of 3 star hotels provides water bottel, tea coffee catel, tea, sugar, milk powder pouch etc. Though ritz charges more than 3000 per day no water bottel, tea coffee catel, tea, cofer, sugar, milk powder pouch etc. They gives option to ode r tea from their restaurant and charges rs. 110 for pot tea. It comes with tea about 4 person. If only one member requires tea, remaining is waste of money. When i asked for warm water to drink as we had cold, room attendant brought totally normal water in jar telling that it is warm. For hot water in bathroom you have to keep tap open about 5-10 minutes during that time 4-5 buckets water get wasted. Said water accumulate in bathroom as drainage was blocking by said water. In morning adjacent room guest 308 kept door open, tv was on with high volume. Food was good but too expensive in comparison to taste. Except location near railway station nothing special to visit again. If you have other option don't think to stay there.

We recently had booked nearly the entire hotel Ritz for our guests to stay on the 9th and 10th of February for my sisters wedding in Pune. This review cannot describe how much we appreciate the kind of service we got from this hotel. They were on the top of their services and catered to our guests with full efficiency. They made us feel extremely comfortable and gave us complete access to the entire hotel premises too. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pune. You can completely place your trust on the hotel management for stay or for organizing any events there. A special recommendation for Mr. Avinash who is the hotel manager and additionally the owner of the hotel who took active part and made sure that all were on top of their job to make us feel comfortable. Thank you once again all at hotel Ritz for this memorable experience which we shall surely cherish for a lifetime. Keep up the good work and hope to see you all again soon :) Cheers Laungani's

we were towards shirdi halted for a night stay. its heritage property ok for one day stay staff are good. food only vegetarian can be managable.they also provide complimentary breakfast..overall i feel not good or bad.

Costwise room(room number 103)is good but there is a problem of water logging in the western comode. After putting water in the toilet it doesn't flow out and thus the chocked toilet is of no use, thus problematic. Room may be useless in case if emergency pressure.

New in Pune and chose this hotel to stay. Was really content with the fact that I chose this one. Rooms are decent, Wifi connectivity can be increased in fact should be increased. But what I really liked was the restaurant staff. They are who made me and my mum's stay worthwhile. Delicious food. And a really good stay overall. Highly recommended.

Hotel Ritz is close to pune station, on Sadhu Waswani road. This place is manumentary structure with abiance similar to old british courthouses. In a comfortable price, one can find a good occomodation, still with an average maintainance.
