Hotel was good but service was not good. Complimentary fruit basket and refreshments was not provided. When asked to multiple times then for 2nd day of stay they provided. Complimentary hi-tea did not provided by the hotel.

rohit swami from centurion hotel don't know the basic ethics of hospitality. I hv been to 7 to 3 star properties nationally n internationally. But never faced people like them who don't hv basic sense of talking with the guest. Really disappointed.

A big no to stay at this property for any kind of traveler. This hotel is Scam One of the worst hotel in Pune with zero hospitality knowledge. Specially the staff Ms. Mansi and Mr. Omkar. Highly recommended not to stay in this property. Charging you for a 4 star property but is actually less than a guest house. Service Zero Hospitality Zero Staff Attitude Zero Rooms Pathetic smelly and damps response zero Food: Unhygienic and below standard level One of the worst hotel with worst management and staff Not a place to stay even at free of cost. Guest house is better than this hotel.
