"i had a very short but very pleasant stay at hotel ritz. it has a quaint old world charm. the room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. the staff were helpful. the lighting could have been brighter for my room but that's just a suggestion. overall, 👍 from me."

"We got this proprty through the internet. Property located on the old highway and easy to locate. Resort is big but not well maintained. We stayed in their lagoon villas and found it to be average for stay at this price. They have provided only one brush for 3 people which is not acceptable after paying the premium rate. Food quality was average but price was very high plus extra 20% room service. Overall average property."

"brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful asked three questions. a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help. b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help. c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help. basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter. behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs."
