Hard to pick faults at an excellent hotel. The price is affordable and a good bargain. With breakfast and free laundry facilities,this hotel is highly recommended.

There was a misunderstanding regarding the policy for the oversee guests, e.g. Lao wai by the check-in, but at the end everything was fine. An employee was called extra coming to help. It was great.

The room is clean and tidy. The service attitude at the front desk is very good. The facilities are new and complete. There are many kinds of breakfast. There is also a self-service laundry room. It is really convenient for business travelers. The location of the hotel is also easy to find. The transportation is convenient and it is close to the high-speed rail. The station is also close. It only takes ten minutes to get Didi. There are many places to eat, drink and have fun nearby. The hotel's service is really attentive and the price is very affordable. Highly recommended.

比較差，服務一樣差，五百多，自己看圖吧。。入住一進門就這樣了，叫了第一遍經理，十分鐘沒動靜，第二遍等了十分鐘，服務員上來了，又叫了一遍經理，才來，自己幫我刷的，後來再練服務，來的是勤工儉學大學生，什麼都不會，電梯裏準備離店，碰到了經理，我到一樓，他到二樓，到了二樓我以為我也到了，跟着下去了，他也不説話，我一看是二樓自己又回電梯了，見面也不打招呼，不是我事多，不好意思，各大五星酒店我在北京也工作了八年多！
