酒店在普寧廣場邊上，出門方便，房間大，位置可看到花園，和廣場，晚上跳舞的人太多，音樂太吵了些，樓下是商超，有沃爾瑪超市，晚上吃飯的餐飲也多。

一般都不會進行評價，但這次真的忍無可忍了。很差的一次體驗，沒有住過那麼差的酒店，電梯特別慢 房間一股黴味，牆壁很多地方已經發黴了 廁所門也是壞壞的。最可惡的是安全措施不到位，半夜12點多 有人敲門 還一直聽到門外有聲音 那個人呆了很長一段時間。聯繫前台 前台説他們沒有敲門。後面讓前台查一下監控，很諷刺的是 這麼大的酒店監控就是擺設，經理説監控不能回看! 他們也沒辦法 不能回看的監控 請問用來幹嘛呢? 擺設嗎? 客人發生什麼意外 你們能負責嗎？後面將近凌晨一點，前台第一次打電話來説 會時刻看着監控 發生什麼事會馬上上來，要是真的發生什麼意外 請問來得及嗎？問我們要不要換房 大半夜的 而且換房一樣的是監控不能回看啊 有什麼必要嗎 很可笑啊。後面前台第二次打電話來説 説剛剛敲門的是保安 保安給對面房送東西 敲錯門了 然後讓保安接電話道歉 這不就是前後矛盾的藉口。如果真的是送東西 敲門時難道不會説話嗎？很差的一次體驗 第二天有事還要早起 一晚上也沒有休息好。差評差評，大家一定要避雷啊。安全第一 連基本安全都保障不了的酒店，大家一定要避雷。

酒店服務還好，就是我另買了早餐費卻沒有什麼吃的，9點去到衹有剩下一點點，後面的衹能看一下走了，建設不要這家店的早餐出去外面吃好

一開始訂的那個房間，光線太暗了，房間裏的燈都是非常暗，我需要電腦辦公，跟前台溝通了，他們給我換了一個光線好些的（但是燈也是非常暗的，好在開了窗簾會亮些）。服務挺好的，雖然中途有一點點插曲，但是跟前台溝通完很好很愉快地解決掉了。衞生算是可以。洗手間空間也挺大的，但建議洗手間多加一個洗手液。
酒店的位置很好，離萬泰滙和新天地都非常近。
