I stayed at this hotel for one night in January 2025. The experience was terrible. The staff did not speak English and were rude and unwelcoming. They assigned us a room on the ground floor with only one window that looked out onto a sort of shared corridor. To be clear, the same space that led to the room. The window had no blackout curtains and the corridor lights remained on all night. It was literally impossible to sleep. As if that were not enough, the walls were very thin and you could hear all the noises in the corridor. Breakfast started at 4 in the morning, there was basically noise all night. Between the noise and the light I had the worst night in a hotel of my life. The cleanliness could be improved, there was a hair on my pillow. The breakfast was not the best, coffee of an unlikely color, dishes not exactly clean and orange juice made with instant powder. I definitely do not recommend staying here and I hope that measures are taken to make the experience more dignified.

Buen recinto, buenas cabañas pero estuvimos dos días sin calefacción, si bien trataron de solucionarlo, no pudieron y no nos dieron ninguna alternativa para solucionar esto. Sin embargo, recalcar la buena voluntad y amabilidad del personal. Respecto al aseo, no fue lo mejor, aunque tampoco fue malo. Los desayunos buenos, salvo el día domingo.
