There are many historical buildings, restaurants and museums nearby, which can be easily reached on foot. If you want to experience the magnificent scenery of the Strait of Magellan, the coast is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. 2. Comfort and facilities The hotel's design combines modern comfort with the warm atmosphere of traditional Patagonian style. The rooms are spacious and bright, with simple but sophisticated decoration, comfortable large beds and high-quality bedding. The heating in the room performed well, especially in the cold southern climate. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and there was plenty of hot water. The public areas are also very elegant, especially the hotel's lobby and bar area, which are suitable for taking a nap or chatting with friends. "The staff was very nice and helpful. The entrance area, the bar and the restaurant were very nice and good - the room was a bit smaller than expected and had the window in a shaft. The gym consisted of a collection of (older) sports equipment, but was OK if you don't have high expectations. The wellness area borders directly on the fitness area, seemed extremely uncomfortable and we would have had to pay another $20 per person, which definitely wouldn't have been worth it."

"The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great."

"This place deserves 10 stars out of 5, its perfectly located, very close to the bus terminal, super market across the street, the host is super friendly, really lovely decorated place, PERFECT BEDS AND SHOWERS, good breakfast, luggage storage when you check out later, walking distance to everything, I don't think you can find a better place to stay in Punta Arenas. Probably one of the best places I stayed in Patagonia!"
