Oceano Health Spa Hotel

We have spent a marvellous meditative week in the unique OCÈANO Hotel, Punta del Hidalgo, Tenerife. It was our thrid personal "El Camino Tenerife" reaching all the lighthouses. OCÈANO ensured a perfect background for these trips. Full breakfast, served dinner, perfect wellness including two saunas, steam bath, pools, fresh free drinking water in every level, helpful personnel especially organizing trips. In conclusion the best hotel we've ever been. Thank You for it!

The most beautiful and exclusive hotel and enviroment. Fantastic diners. We enjoyed the sound of ocean so much. The stuff is super kind. There is a good idea: there are drinking water machines in every level with both room temperature and cold water as well!

An overall next to perfect vacation and experience. The most friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, amazing spa and health treatments. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable: slept like an angel! Coming back as soon as possible!

RECEPTION TEAM The reception staff were all wonderful, professional, helpful and always on hand to assist us. Most fantastic reception team and we are grateful for their service during our stay. They went above and beyond for us during our stay. RESERVATIONS TEAM The reservations team were exceptional and took on board our request to be situated next door together during our work trip. We really appreciated their assistance. We will definitely contact them soon to rebook our next work trip. CLEANER Our cleaner Ivonne Arabguren was fantastic. A wonderful lady who was so pleasant to deal with and cleaned to a high standard. MAIN RESTAURANT The restaurant team Jorge, Tomas, Christian, Arindna, Sabrina, Basillia and Alex were our favourite waiters. They were exceptional members of staff, provided a professional and personable service. Always made us feel special, took on board special requests and made our time wonderful. Such a lovely team who brought so much happiness to all guests! We already miss them. SPA TEAM The Spa team who managed bookings were all excellent. Such a great team who always went above and beyond to help us. Such wonderful ladies and truly gracious. We appreciate everything they did for us. QUINTON PERSONAL TRAINER Quinton was a fantastic personal trainer. Such a wonderful good hearted person, professional and the best in his profession. We will definitely use him again in future. Excellent location good quality hotel no A/C and with the ocean breeze I didn't miss it I took the FX mayr program which has been an excellent experience the medical centre staff are highly qualified one an A&E consultant And all up on the latest gut science I have been able to recommend to several others The hotel staff are also a reason to come organized and responsive

For those who seek relaxation, healthy food and an active vacation aside from the tourist hot spot. Fantastic opportunities especially for those who seek to discover the Parque Rural de Anaga, in combination with a beautiful sunset and friendly staff.
